Chelyabinsk will present the project of a new bus stop

Residents of the city of Chelyabinsk can make comments and suggestions on the project of a new bus stop. The survey with photos and description of the object is posted on the official website of the city Administration of Chelyabinsk.

It is planned that according to this concept will be made 300 bus shelters, which will be placed on the guest routes of the city. The existing green stops will be moved to other streets and installed where they are needed, said the Head of the city of Chelyabinsk Vladimir Elistratov.

"There will be no barbaric demolition of existing bus shelters. We will treat each object on-masterly, we will clean only those which became unfit for use. The rest will be transferred to those places where either there are no complexes, or there is a need for replacement," the mayor said.

Now all Chelyabinsk citizens can take part in the vote, Vladimir Elistratov stressed that all comments and wishes of citizens will be taken into account. At the moment, the first test copy, which is presented to the court of residents, has been collected.

Note, the submitted sample stopping complex implemented on the model conceptual design, revised and agreed with the Committee of urban planning and architecture of city of Chelyabinsk. The decision to make a test copy was made in order to identify possible shortcomings of the project, a detailed study of individual components of the design and the possibility of a detailed description of the requirements for the final product in the terms of reference for mass production.

The prototype combines several versions of the canopy: with translucent and blind coating in two versions of the seams at the joints of composite panels. This stop provides a comfortable width of the seat bench for waiting, the material of execution of seats according to the project — painted wooden boards. The use of metal for the surface of the seats in the construction of this stopping complex is excluded.

In the test sample exhibits anti-vandal glazing, "intelligent" backlight sunshade, information module — box, eliminating the ingress of moisture into the structure. The complexes are adapted for people with limited mobility. Floor covering — composite anti-slip panels. All stopping complexes will be equipped with urns. Depending on the dimensions of the stopping area and passenger traffic, the complexes are planned to be implemented in several sizes: 3 and 7 meters long, as well as in the version with a shortened visor for tram stops.
